Ambury Farm

Today the 26th May 2017 room 9 went on a trip to  Ambury Farm. The sun came out and it looked beautiful.

First the instructor introduced herself and her name was Meredith. Then we all went in the barn and we talked about the safety rules which was to  stay on the path, don't touch the electric fences and the last person to close the gates.

Next we got inside and we was going to have a competition. It was about input and it was so hard.

After that we got to hold a container with cream and marble and shake it for 10 times to make butler. Next we got to  eat some butler on bread and it was so yummy.  I enjoyed it because we got to eat 2 pieces of butter on bread.

The Four Dragons

Explaining how the 4 great rivers in China were formed.

The four dragons were trapped under the mountain by the Jade Emperor. They turned themselves into rivers,flowing out of the mountains and across the land to the sea. These are the Heilong Jiang, the Huang He, the Chang Jiang and the Zhu Jiang.

HOW TO MAKE BROWNIES

PURPOSE: GIVING INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE  BROWNIES.

INGREDIENTS:

3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR  

¾ CUP SUGAR

3 eggs

1 cup granulated butter

3\4 cup salt

STEPS:

1.FIRST PUT SOME WATER IN YOUR POT

TO BOIL

2.SECONDLY PUT THE BUTTER IN THE  BOWL

3.NEXT PUT THE  BOWL ON TOP OF THE POT TO MELT THE BUTTER.

4. REMOVE THE MELTED BUTTER.  

5.ADD THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND YOUR SUGAR AND  MIX IT ALL UP.

6. LET IT COOL DOWN.

7. THEN ADD YOUR 3 EGGS ONE AT A TIME

8.THEN MIX IT AGAIN.  

9.MIX YOUR COCOA POWDER AND FLOUR AND ADD IT TO THE MIXTURE
10 NEXT SPREAD THE MIXTURE ONTO A BAKING TRAY.
               
11. COOK AT 200 DEGREES FOR 12 - 15 MINS
12. ENJOY WITH MORE MELTED CHOCOLATE.

AND ROCKS.AFTER THAT,HE WENT SWIMMING WITH HIS BROTHER.
